I was so fortunate to spend the early years with my children but I'm delighted to return to massage therapy. I studied as much biology, anatomy and physiology as I could in college & find the human body endlessly fascinating. My philosophy encompasses a strongly integrative approach to medicine, and I believe in empowering my patients to consider the powerful changes that nutrition, movement, self-prioritization, and targeted supplementation can bring about. I've always been fascinated by botanical medicine and learning the science behind the herbs that my grandma had in her medicine cabinet when I was a kid.

I started my nursing career in labour and delivery and I currently work at the Alberta Children’s Hospital in the neonatal intensive care. I am a born and raised Calgarian and am currently mama to three little girls and I enjoy a hot cup of coffee with a good book in hand.
